Benefit Fashion Show
Thanks to all, we raised over $7,000.00 for the Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County!
Saturday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m. marked the date and time of Haute For Hospice, a benefit fashion show for the Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County featuring six of Maine's top fashion designers and their 2006 couture collections.
Hospice Volunteers of Waldo County provides non-medical support services with no fees to individuals or families. Volunteers are there during the final stages of illness and life, in dying and through bereavement. Hospice assists patients, families, and friends to do what is meaningful and necessary before saying good-bye to that which is familiar. Skilled and compassionate care is given to help maintain patient and family comfort and dignity.
