Two Vests & a Hat From One Coat!
Two sisters brought us their mother's gorgeous, but out of style, mink coat and wanted it restyled to use. We suggested creating two vests out of the coat, one for each to wear. Because each sister has a different style, the vest designs are radically different: the one pictured is reversible sheared mink and red ultrasuede with a Nehru collar, made from the bottom half of the original coat. The other vest has the mink on the inside and a navy blue all weather fabric on the outside, with a beautiful notch collar (photo available in the Spring). There was enough mink left over for a hat or two as well!
